Bookings and payment

[Placeholder] Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed through our secure checkout. Your spot is held for 30 minutes while you complete payment; unpaid bookings are released automatically.

Cancellations and refunds

[Placeholder] If you can no longer attend, contact us as early as possible at ritmofutsal@gmail.com. We will do our best to move you to another session or week. Where a session is cancelled by RitmoFutsal (for example venue closure), affected bookings are refunded in full.

Injury waiver

[Placeholder] Futsal is a physical sport and, as with all sport, injuries can occur despite careful supervision. By booking you confirm your child is fit to participate, agree to notify us of any medical conditions in the booking form, and accept that RitmoFutsal is not liable for injuries arising from ordinary participation, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law.
